We are Independent BeachBody(R) Coaches and formed Symbiotic Fitness as a husband & wife team.

We have 3 kids, jobs, church yet still learned how to overcome the daily grind and get into the best shape of our lives. Now we’re helping others do the same!

We offer free coaching, mentoring and advice for getting fit and healthy. We’re specifically focused on the Beachbody programs (P90X, TurboFire, Insanity, etc) and excellent nutrition!
