Insanity Asylum – 2400 calorie plan

2400 Calorie plan - roughly 40% protein, 40% carb, 20% fat - with no starchy carb for dinner and only 1 serving of dairy for the day. I followed this plan during Insanity Asylum first 30 days to shred my body fat down to 7.5% from 10.3%
