After you sign-up with a coach, we’ll help you set the right calorie goal and recommend a meal plan for you. We’ll help you begin the process to MASTER YOUR METABOLISM and avoid Starvation mode! STEP SIX – Get Connected with our Team on Facebook
It’s so important to be part of a team when you’re on this journey. Our team will help hold you accountable and keep you motivated. You will become more passionate about your fitness lifestyle as you share it with others. If you don’t have the most supportive friends & family around you, it’s even more important to surround yourself with like-minded positive people!

STEP SEVEN – Track your progress & Check-in regularly
One of the best ways to stay motivated is to SEE PROGRESS. Often times, checking weight on a scale isn’t enough. We’re gaining muscle, losing bodyfat, fluid levels are fluctuating. It can be easy to get discouraged if you only use a scale. This is why checking your measurements and bodyfat weekly is SO important. This is also why taking photos every 30 days to compare them is important! Check out our video showing how to measure your bodyfat with a $6 caliper at home.
Weekly check-ins give us coaches an opportunity to review your progress and make recommendations to help you get better results!
