This is an example of what I eat on a regular basis to reach ~1600 calories. This day, it totaled 1563, Protein 39%, Carbs 42%, Fat 19%. How many calories you should eat depends on your current weight. I have used this to break through my weight-loss plateau and lose 6 lbs in 6 weeks after being stuck for a year!
