Ingredient list for 4 servings:

Lean Ground Beef or Turkey (16 oz)

Whole Wheat Tortillas (High Fiber) (4)

Tortilla Chips (For kids!)

Black Beans (1/4th can)

Romaine Lettuce (1 heart or 1 bag)

Shredded Cheese (1/4 cup per serving)

Guacamole (2 tbsp per serving)
